FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS
A suppression system aims to take action before a fire gets a chance to grow and spread, truly minimizing potential damages. This often means that these systems activate at a much earlier stage in the fire’s
development.
A fire represents probably the single most catastrophic event which a building is likely to experience. It poses risks to property and lives of the occupant. In other
words, fires are very destructive, disruptive and pose costly consequences to lives and property. With Fire Suppression Systems, however, they use other types of suppressing agents besides water. These suppressing agents include Carbonivoxide (CO2), chemical, or inert
gases. These agents have unique properties that are ideal for protecting sensitive equipment and contents within a building even while suppressing a fire.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Building management systems are most commonly implemented in large projects with extensive mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems. Systems linked to a BMS typically represent 40% of a building’s energy usage; if lighting is included, this number approaches to 70%. Building Management Systems are a critical component to managing energy demand. In addition to controlling the building’s internal environment, BMS systems are sometimes linked to access
control (turnstiles and access doors controlling who is allowed access and egress to the building) or other security systems
such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) and motion detectors.
Fire alarm systems and elevators are also sometimes linked to a BMS for monitoring. In case a fire is detected then only the fire alarm panel could close dampers in the ventilation system to stop
smoke spreading, shut down air handlers, start smoke evacuation fans, and send all the elevators to the ground floor and park them to prevent people from using them. Building Management System needs to be installed within buildings to monitor and regulate the building’s electrical and
mechanical equipment such as power system, lighting, and ventilation to confirm sustainability.
WATER TREATMENT
Water treatment is defined as the process of eliminating any undesirable and poisonous elements from the water following a certain process while treating the water, making it useful and reusable for further use, which can be either drinking or any day-to-day activities.
